The Superlative Secret Society (SSS) NFT collection just opened the doors on the “Superlative Gallery. The NFT gallery in Bali, Indonesia, opened on Jan. 11th. What’s more, the team is hosting a series of events through the 16th to celebrate the gallery opening.
SSS Opens up a Home for NFT Community in Indonesia
Superlative Gallery is the first offline NFT gallery in Indonesia, where the founding team of SSS is from. While it will of course display SSS and other NFTs, the gallery will be doing much more than just that.
To illustrate, the team has hosted different talks and experiences at the venue since its opening. These live events will continue through the week, ending on Jan. 16th.
To be sure, creating an IRL space to foster community is a big part of the mission of the Superlative Gallery. Especially for Indonesian artists.
To that end, the founding team spoke to the outlet, Digital Journal about opening Superlative Gallery. SSS co-founder and illustrator Moh. Arif Wijaksana said the following,
“It is a big honor to accommodate fellow Indonesian artists to join and build along in the era of digital assets.”
SSS CEO & Founder, Prasetyo Budima added, “We only have an online presence up to this day. Through the Superlative Gallery, each holder can share extensive information as well as educate people about NFTs”.
Superlative Gallery Marks Major Milestone for SSS Team
It’s important to realize that Superlative Gallery was part of the team’s plans for some time. Indeed, opening the gallery was the final step of its initial roadmap.
The unique NFT art collection has been quite a success since launching in October. To date, it has made 4600 ETH worth of sales on OpenSea, around $15 million at the time of writing.
